Montana S.r.l., distributor of the Olmo brand, guarantees the frame for a period of two years (12 months for painting and chrome plating) while the manufacturer’s guarantee applies to all components.
The warranty begins from the date of purchase, provided that the purchase was made from an authorized retailer. In the event of manufacturing defects or defects attributable to the materials used and provided that the frame is subjected to normal conditions of use, Montana S.r.l. undertakes to repair or replace the parts under warranty that are found to be defective, while the transport costs will be borne by the customer. Without prejudice to the essential characteristics, we reserve the right to make any technical variations or accessories for any model illustrated in the catalogue. The colors of the bicycles in this catalog may have variations as they are printed on different materials.

As regards e-bikes, the warranty on motors and batteries is 2 years, except in the case of rentals where it is reduced to 1 year on the motor and 1 year on the battery with a minimum capacity of 70% and 500 cycles.
